I've got just shy of two weeks into the P90 program

I'm feeling good.

I've got just shy of two weeks into the P90 program. I still haven't seen those four extra pounds come off yet, but I'm keeping at it and already I'm noticing an improvement in how I can handle the cardio. My thighs still run out of steam, so I'm alternating with lower impact when that happens, but I'm definitely doing better than my first week. No aches after any of the exercises either, anymore. Just all around feeling good.

I started using 3 lb weights for the weights work, then worked to alternating 3 lbs and 5 lbs, and now I'm up to 5. This is a biggie for me, and again, feeling good!

I'm so glad I found you guys. You are inspiring and I hope I can keep this up. Unfortunately, I haven't found the time to work in any of my Pilates, but I'm not going to get upset over it. There's always time to work on that again, probably after these 90 days are over.
