Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Strength In Movement With Jen. I have to say, this one is my least favorite of all 4 of the TLT workouts. Jen is just stale in this workout. She doesn't seem to show much personality. There isn't a whole lot of cardio and what there was of it was very short. I did burn 330 calories which I have no idea how.

Here's a brief run down of the workout:

Warm-up with medicine ball

Weight work with single heavy dumbbell

Weight work with two heavy dumbbells

Cardio with ball

Posture work with light weight

Weight work with two medium weights

Cardio with ball

Weight work with light weights

Cardio with ball

Weight work with one heavy dumb bell

Stabilizer work with two medium dumb bells

Delt work with light weights

Ab work on floor

Bridge work

I did like using the med ball. I don't get to use it too often. The abs section was way too short so I felt short changed there also.

I'm going to really feel like I need another cardio for this week. I might have to add a really short one tomorrow with my yoga. I'll see though.
