Guest guest
This morning I did Sansone's WATP Walk Away Your Stress. It is a very fast paced 30 minute workout, though she tells you every 10 minutes that you've done 10 or 20 minutes and if you want to cool down and stretch at this point you can (the box says it is 3 10 minute workouts but it isn't, it is really 1 30 minute workout with her 10 minute countdowns). This is a gem among her many workouts. My only criticisms are that the music is barely audible in many sections (but the Tell Overture is nice and loud and really gets you moving) and there is not much of a stretch at the end (so I added on to it for a few minutes while the tape rewound and after). I might do it to my own music next time. On the plus side, she does a lot with upper body and gets your heartrate up and keeps it there through most of the workout. It felt great to workout again though I was fighting it a bit (I think if the music had been better I'd have felt more up throughout it too). I'm still very concerned about DH and not knowing what is going on and what our plans are from day to day drives me crazy. I am a planner and not having a plan is very difficult but I'm doing my best to just go with the flow anyway. We should have some sort of a plan for at least the next few days when we get blood test results back later today so that will help me out. I think the workout did help with the stress too, I feel a bit better and a bit more relaxed. He went back to work today too so that helped life feel a little bit more "normal" too. Tomorrow, assuming I can get a workout in, I'm planning to do Kathy 's Shaper Ball Workout, a virgin for me.
