I have a friend who has chemical depression and she needs to exercise too (not very active) but I'm hoping that when she sees me dropping weight she will try too. She copies what I do a lot of the time. It's always a kick to help people, isn't it? I think I get more from helping people than they get from me...makes me feel SO GOOD!
