I think they have two workouts from Jillian's 30 Day Shred up. I may do Zen in Your Den tonight since I slept through my workout time this morning, it goes to show I need the one day a week of extra sleep (on Sat, although I didn't get up early to workout I got up early to do work for my job - so I was up at 5 a.m.) my body needs one day to at least sleep until 6, LOL! On Sunday I did In Home Walking with Sansone which is her standard one mile walk. I followed that with a short ab routine from Whitmarsh and followed up with Zen in Your Den with Gilardi (?). This morning I did the ab routine again and followed up with 1-on-1 Lower Body with Jackie (the gal who runs Workout on Bravo) which was a 20+ minute lower body workout that had you do each exercise for around 1 minute in 3 exercise cycles. Two exercises were done quickly (Sumo Squats, rear lunges) followed with two 30 second cardio moves (shuffle, plie hops). This kind of reminded my of Jillian 's workout routines. Jackie's cueing could be better, but it was a nice no nonsense workout. She also now has two other 1-on-1 workouts on Demand - Core and Upper body.
