Thursday's workout..

This morning I did SH Legs and Shoulders. I felt I handled the legs a bit better today. Afterwards I had a bit of time and wanted some cardio so I chose Mindy's Interval Express. I only had about 35 - 40 minutes before I had to get Sawyer up and ready for school (he went all day today), so I had to stop when I was getting into it..gr.. At first I was thinking it wasn't the smartest selection because my legs had a hard time handling the intervals, but it got better. I ended up finishing it later after I took him to school and Kaysar napped. It bugs me to do a partial workout.. I drive myself crazy..ugh.. So anyway, I finished the last 25 minutes. I ended up burning a bit over 500 calories.

Now, off to shower and ponder what I am going to do with my day...Darcy
