Hi,

Today was our last time for 4 Day Split upper body (twice) and we have back and biceps for today. I've been doing shoulders on the weekend, but have decided for the last day to do back, biceps, AND shoulders and do all the exercises ONCE through and get them all done. I'd like to let my upper body rest for a few days before starting up with June's rotation.

I had to get up really early again this morning to get my workout done. I do a lot better with weight work early rather than cardio.

BACK Supermans One Arm Row DB (warm-up set) 20's One Arm Row DB 30's set 2- 30's

Underhand Row BB 72 LB set 20- 62 LBOne Arm Row DB (Wide fly) 25's Incline Pullovers DB 30's T-Band Flys Green band

Biceps:

Standing Hammer Curl With Twist Pyramid Up-12/15

Standing Traditional Curl Pyramid Up DB 15/20Crazy 8s 30 LB BB

Reverse Curls -12's

Incline Hammer Curls With a Twist on Stability Ball- 12 's

Double Arm Seated Hammer Curl on Stability Ball DB 12's

Hanging Concentration Curls With One Hand on High Step 15's Wrist Curls DB 10's

SHOULDERS Seated Overhead Press Pyramid Up- 8/10/12/15

Seated Isolation Press - 15'sUpright Rows DB 15's

Standing Lateral Raise- 10/8 Bent Arm Lateral Raise -10's

Seated Front Rear Raise- 8's Rear Isolation Fly's- 8's Seated Front Rear Raise- 5's Rear Isolation Fly's- 5's External Rotation Pulls DB resistance band Green band

I didn't feel like I totally burned out on the back and bi's, but I did on the shoulder work. Shoulder work seems to get me every time no matter what.

I'm glad I got them all 3 done for the week.

I hope you all have a great day!!!
