ooooo, i like-y!!!! cranking out the last 8 singles would be tough.

ive been thinking alot about the pushup challenge that nancy has

been doing and she is inspiring me to do a challenge of my own.

im not sure how nancy has hers structured, but im thinking of

doing them in progression using stairs. im not sure how many

sets/reps i should shoot for before i move down to the next step

though... maybe 3 sets of 15 on a basic 'down 2 up 2' tempo?

whaddya think?
