Guest guest Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 this morning i did YFIP energize 2. more of a flowing workout using a little less props but also had ton of great stretches for hips and legs. i follow with long distance run on the Wii Fit but then i unlocked island run so i did that one. i think the island run is about 8-10min. i unlocked all but one aerobics game. i even unlocked the three challenges in strength where you try to beat the trainer in reps LOL. i kicked her butt!!! kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
