Good luck with the new boss and analyst, I hope the week isn't as horrible as you're thinking it will be (or if it is, that you can keep up your own strength in the face of it)! How did you like Tight on Time? Also, I'm wondering what level 2 of 30 Day Shred is like? Whenever you get a chance, I'd love to hear more about these. Thanks! Weekend and today I purchased two workouts over this weekend: Tight on TIme with Tamilee Webb and the other 6 Minute Quick Blast workout DVD (Total Body Calorie Blast) from Tracey Mallett. I went to Ross on Sunday and found them both. I got the last copy of each so I was very lucky. I did the basic 3 - 10 minute workouts on the Tight on Time workout this morning which was abs, Total Body toning and then Upper body toning. There is also a leg workout using the tubes which I didn't get to today but want to try this evening. I did the level 2 - 30 Day Shred with Jillian s on Saturday, yoga with Sara Ivanhoe on Sunday and went for a nice 45 minute walk yesterday. Off to the grind today. A new boss and new analyst start today. I also have to process payroll. It's going to be hell this week, but at least I have a good job. Both could be increased to a more advanced level if you pick up the weight level and intensity in your moves. I really liked the Tammi Lee workout.
