Guest guest Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 Hi, This morning was Imax 3 (skipping every other step segment) I burned 512 calories, but was only in my zone 17 minutes () I got up really early (5 am) and started my workout around 6:20. I'm not sure what the deal is with me and the early morning cardio but I noticed when I turned my HRM on my heart rate was higher than it usually is when I start. I got about mid way through the workout and I lost my fuel. My legs felt really weak and my breath was just out of control, not to count my face looked like a tomato and felt like fire. I pushed through it and made it, but it was really tough for me. I hate that. Anyone else have this problem? I ate a good breakfast and waited as long as I could before starting, but still it didn't seem to help me. I'm cleaned up, dressed and ready to go and that's a great feeling. I have to ask myself if fighting through these cardio workouts is worth it. I have some things to do this morning and wanted to get my workout done. I got it done alright.
