This is a great list for suggestions for new workouts. :-) Speaking of which, I walked yesterday for 45 minutes on the tmill. Watched a dvd about the Bronte sisters that was really interesting. Yoga/stretching up for my rest day today. in Ontario - sunny, but expecting snow later... New (well, not really) I just wanted to say hi. I'm dani and I've been reading all of your posts for quite a while now, which has certainly kept me busy! I've been doing exercise videos for almost 5 years now and love it. I've added on a pretty hefty collection of dvds (not sure if that's good or bad). After reading so much about Turbo Jam, I had to splurge and get it. I found a used turbo jam dvd ( the one w/ 5 workouts) online for 18.00- so I went for it. I totally love it!! I'm currently working on my ACE personal trainer certification. Eventually I'd like to become a Turbo Kick instructor. You all are truly inspiring!
