Guest guest
Hi , Carolyn's suggestions were right on the money - you also may want to try ice if you haven't already. I used to get them periodically when I ran - either when I was starting up after a lay off or when I needed to replace shoes/or changed running surfaces. I also sometimes get them when I do step if I haven't stepped in a long time. Since your running path is marked of in 1/10 mile increments, why not start by running 1/10, walking 1/10, then move up to running 2/10, walking 1/10 and so on.... You'll get there!
