I think with ME I should up the weights for some of the exercises this week. For PH I think I'll up the weights for next week! I got 6 hours in, and they were good hours, fairly intense with the exception of the Bridge Walk. I loved Tae Bo Live Advanced #5 and will soon put Hillary through this torture, heh heh.
