Hi Everyone,

Here is my weekly check in - I'm doing the " mock " STS

rotation and this is cycle # 1- endurance:

Sunday - Cathe's Power Hour

Monday - Kathy Power Step on the BOSU/Rodney Yee

Yoga for Energy " awakening " and " reflecting " sections

Tuesday - Cathe's Muscle Endurance

Wed - Turbo Jam Medley - Cardio Party Remix and Fat

Blaster

Thurs - Yoga Burn (gotta add this in more often)

Friday - Cathe's Boot Camp

I also did my T-Tapp warm-ups and added on stretching

on my owen after the workouts. I definately needed

it.

I think next week will shape up to be pretty similar.

Food wasn't too bad - but going back to work brought

new challenges - like jelly beans - which I purposely

did NOT buy during Easter b/c I know I have no control

over them. Fortunately, I only work in the office 3

times per week, but I did hit the jelly beans and

chocolate eggs a few times each day. It really is the

boredom/frustration of a desk job and the work I do -

which is sometimes painfully and boringly detailed -

my mind wanders - I need a break so I eat - I was

pretty good about bringing in veggies to snack on and

I sent DH off to Costco to get me more snap

peas....but when the veggies and fruit ran out I still

ended up at the candy jar. I need to make my desk a

" no candy " zone. What I should do, when I need a

break is take a walk up a few flights of stairs like

! On the upside, I did get lots of fruits and

veggies in this week and I was also pretty good about

my water intake.

oh - I did buy something at Borders yesterday - I had

$5 in " bucks " plus a 25% off coupon - I picked up the

new Moreno kickboxing DVD (Core Train

Kickbox) or something like that. With all the

discounts it came to $6 and change - so that wasn't

bad. I've heard good things about it and I like

- her other kickboxing workout by Gaiam was

on the easy side, but sometimes that is just right. I

heard this one was harder. I also stopped in at TJ

Maxx after hearing about the finds there, but mine was

pretty picked over. Some Stott Pilates workouts, but

most of which I already had. I was thinking of

upgrading my Pain Free Posture to DVD, but I felt that

was too indulgent, so I'll just use my VHS for now. I

did see a beautiful purple purse there (purple and

green are my two favorite colors). When I looked at

the price tag, ($200, and that was the discounted TJ

Maxx price), however, I couldn't bring myself to buy

it. It was really nice though! :)

Hope everyone has a great day.

Donna
