Guest guest Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 I was up late last night and for some strange reason the urge to do cardio was so strong I couldn't resist. Anyways... I did TJ: Burn for a warm up and then moved on to TJ: 20 minute workout. Next time, I'm going to do them earlier in the day, because I finished them at 1:AM ish.
