Yowsers!Darcy Hi, This evening I went with my favorite, Yoga For Happiness (Quickie) Love it this one and it felt great after our long walk. I got sort of an extra workout in. We did our after supper walk with the dogs and and went 45 minutes at the trails. We covered A LOT of ground, I'm sure of it. We usually go just about 30 minutes, but today we got those extra few minutes and we were walking faster than normal for some reason. I love walking after a meal to help digest it all and to be outside with the cozy " have just eaten " feeling inside. This time I tried the routine "Twisted Sister" this one has a lot of the great yoga poses and awesome stretching. This series was so worth the money. No, I don't think I'm coming down with anything other than stupid. I say that because I've felt HORRIBLE ever since Monday after that upper body workout. I totally did it to myself because on the calendar I was only supposed to do the "up premix" and go as heavy as possible. In stead, I did the up and down. I'm still kicking myself for that. I'll get over it, but it is a lesson learned. No matter how fit you think you are you just might not be. ~*~ ~*~Vote for your city's best dining and nightlife. City's Best 2008.
