Here's my week. Only 6.15 hours, but I am sore today! Not sure if it's from teaching this morning or yesterdays workouts with Hillary. April 20th – April 26thSunday Rest DayMonday Project You: Long Lean Windsor Pilates: Bun & Thigh Sculpting Stott Pilates Express: Relaxation WorkoutTuesday 24 Step (gym)Wednesday Rest DayThursday Rest DayFriday Urban Belly Dance Better Sex Through Yoga, Volume 1 Windsor Pilates: Ab WorkoutSaturday Taught Turbo SportBoy do I know how to have fun on a Saturday night! I watched Budokon: Flow & Flexibility, one of 3 advanced new Budokon workouts. OMG I thought this was going to be just a stretch dvd - Yikes! It looks to be

quite advanced! It starts wtih a 5 minute meditation. Cameron Shayne is in a simple room with nothing on the plain walls, and the only other object in the room besides him is his mat. It is filmed, and very artsy, mostly because Cameron moves with such grace that it is truly breathtaking. After lots of yoga that start from being in downdog (I can see the upper body getting fried from all this) there's a martial arts section that looks HOT! Some of the martial arts drills remind me of my hapido classes from a couple years ago. You end with another meditation. I'll do a better review once I actually do this one, but I'll need to do my other Budokon workouts first, because as I said this one is fairly advanced.I taught a kick ass class today and even though it was 70 degrees out I still had a full class! I felt honored to have such attendance today. Often in the warmer weather Portlanders are outside biking

and running because it rains so much here. We really take advantage of warm weather. In the summer it's paradise here, a dry heat, and there are concerts and festivals outside all over the place!, of Stumptown
