Guest guest Posted June 6, 2008 Report Share Posted June 6, 2008 you tend to forget which ones you did LOL. last week i did amy's hi-lo dome(HLD for short) the quick nrg premix. well this morning feeling up to some cardio i went to grab HLX(hi-lo extreme) then thinking i already did that one last week i pulled out HLD again LOL. i didn't realize until half way through!!! i only did intervals/combos 1 and 3 then did some extra stretching on my own. see how amy's workouts are. you get so into it you don't even realize. have to say though i OWNED this workout this morning. not that her choreography is that hard but there are some tricky spots. once you make this workout flow from doing it a few times you just go with it and work hard. last night i did healthy back practice from yoga for inflexible ppl. there wasn't a whole lot of prop use but plenty of working twists and stretches. it got a little hip too but mostly for the back. it was about 45min.still aiming for rodney yee's strength building yoga. dh is royally pissed i haven't done that video to send it back yet. on other notes monday will be my last day of the year. it really sucks b/c its half a check on the 20th but the drama is really building up and so need a break to get into some longer workouts!!!have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
