Sounds like a good week planned, !

Good luck to you and your DH on all your appointments. I hope all goes well and that you get excellent news! I'm still keeping you guys in my thoughts and prayers!

Take care,

Donna

I've been working on catching up on about 500 posts from the group... very interesting stuff. I'm up to April 30th's posts now!

I'm taking a break from that to come back to May 23 and post my workout plan for next week. I'm trying to do more virgins. As I was working on the plan last night I realized that I'd managed to delete a bunch of workouts from my Excel file (probably when I was posting the shell for it, hit save by mistake I bet) and will need to pull everything out again to make sure I have all of them in the spreadsheet. My workouts are three layers deep on one of my shelves (and 1 or 2 layers deep on others) so it is MUCH easier to plan from my spreadsheet than by looking at the shelves. It will be worthwhile to do it, when I get to it. Tomorrow I'm making up for today by doing the weird toning workout I have from netflix and, yes, I'm planning to do Energy Balls too. It will be housework max too. Sunday is DS's family birthday party in the afternoon and church in the morning so Sunday will likely be a rest day. I

think for now I'm doing okay with a 6 day workout plan and, if I don't get one in, like today, I'm okay with it only being 5 days too.

Anyway, here's what I have lined up for next week:

Week of 5/20/08

Monday: Austin Sizzler

Tuesday: Dozois 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner (minus the weight workout probably because of doing weights in Sizzler and having weights on the plan for Wednesday too). This one isn't a complete virgin for me. I've done all or most of the workouts on this once but have never done them all in one day either. This was a netflix rental I decided I had to have for myself so I bought it, this will be the first time using my own disc!

Wednesday: Total Body Toning from Weight Watchers Next Moves with Dozois

Thursday: Ultimate Cardio Workout (from Next Moves, I previewed this earlier this week and it looks similar to Prevention: Walk Your Way Slim but is only 20 minutes which is about all the time I'll have Thursday)

Friday: Cathe How to Get into Shape for Your Wedding Workout #2 (the weights workout)

Saturday: ? play day, I'll pick it as I get closer to that day

Sunday: rest

Wherever I have extra time and energy/interest after a workout I'll put in some yoga or extra stretching, those will be bonus workouts. It is going to be a busy week so some of these are 20 minute workouts. DH has an appointment for an injection of a med to help his body produce red blood cells and start relieving his anemia. As soon as that kicks in it will be a huge blessing. The poor guy gets tired so easily these days! We're also going to see a registered dietician for help with nutritional information for his colitis, anemia and, of course kidney issues. I am also going to find out how to help him gain weight (he's very thin naturally but he's quite underweight at this time) in a healthy way and without jeopardizing my own weight loss maintenance! Having those things and work too will make workouts more challenging to fit in but I'm going to do my best. Monday should be

easy because he has the day off (but then again, not being in my regular routine is distracting) and Friday should be too. I'm planning to keep Friday wide open if I can because it is the last Friday before the kids get out of school that I don't already have plans to be working at school. I tried to volunteer most Fridays this year but with DH's issues it has been difficult lately and the teachers aren't expecting me so I'll try to just lay low and take some much needed me time then (after grocery shopping and whatever else I also need to do no doubt).

Anyway, if anyone has any comments on my plans I'd like to hear them. Can't guarantee when I'll reply, but I'll try to read them soon anyway! :-)
