Hi,

This morning was day 2 of our last week of the rotation. I liked this one a lot.

Here's how it went:

Pyramid Lower Body- Squats - 30/35/40 (could've gone heavier since this was the first exercise)Pyramid Upper Body- Chest - 15/20/23 (I tried to increase here. I couldn't do all the reps with the 23's, but I guess I got half of them)Pyramid Lower Body- Dead lifts -30/35/40 (could've gone heavier)Muscle Max- Front bar raise- ( 3 sets) 20 lb ( 1 set) 15 lb (2 sets) I was loosing my form with the 20's. this is a nice exercisePyramid Lower Body- Calves ( 2 sets) Pyramid Upper Body- Triceps kickbacks - 5/8/10 (got a lot better burn then I thought I would) Pyramid Upper Body- Biceps- 8/10/12 Push Pull- Tib pulls- 3 sets

I feel nice and worked. Now off to walk Abby
