well this week is not starting out too well-i decided to sleep

instead of going to class. it was a difficult decision--because i

love sculpt but i feel better for it:) after being up every night at

3 am for almost a week straight i was starting to feel really tired

and crabby. don't want to give the germs around here an edge!!

planning to start my running program in april. since my dh is back to

his running routine i got a subscription to runners world. that

magazine is amazing! i read three articles tonight about some amazing

people!! one man started running at age 45 and he was 397 pound--he

started running and in two years he completed a marathon and lost

over 200 pounds!! in another article a guy who was a crackhead in the

early 90's decided to change his life through running (he was also

addicted to that:) he was able to give up drugs and last year he and

two other runners ran across the sahara desert. another story was

about a south african 400 meter runner who is a double amputee. he

has been banned from competing at beijing china in the 2008 summer

olympic games. very inspiring:) there are some amazing people out

there in the world!

if i have an opportunity to do a dvd tomorrow i'm going to take it

even if it is only 10 minutes:)

Hi Stacey!

Sounds like you made the right choice, sometimes sleep

has to win over exercise, especially if you're feeling

run down and germs are lurking.

Hope you can get at least 10 min in.

Those are some inspiring stories - thanks for sharing!
