I'm getting so close to fitting in some pants that I'm doing more stair climbing lately. For my afternoon break I huffed up and down 20 flights of stairs, always tough!When I got home I ran the Colonial Heights run, the first time running since the race. It felt glorious! Gotta love the endorphin high afterwards! I'm stiff all over and selected the 35 minute Hip Mobility practice from the beginners section of Yoga Complete for Everybody. During the warrior series I just stayed in downdog to stretch the runners' calves and feet and then used my foam roller to roll over the shins, hips and IT bands. I feel soooooo much better now!That's it. Tomorrow I sub Turbo Sport and Amp'd Abs at the Pearl, the stuck up but total party animal crowd. Looking forward to it! There's nothing like getting paid to work out, be a rock star, and burn 800 calories all at the same
