Guest guest Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 Yesterday was Firm Maximum Body Shaping with Tracie Long. Another favorite of mine. Very well cued and just an easy to follow (but not easy) workout. Today was supposed to be cardio, but I got very little sleep last night so not much energy. I decided to do Fat Burning Yoga with Sara Ivanhoe instead. I really love her yoga workouts. She really takes her time and gives great pointers throughout the workout. Off to the shower and work.
