Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm loving my spring break - even though I didn't go anywhere, it is really nice to be at home and even though I'm not catching up on any " projects " it has been nice to at least have the opportunity to keep up with the day to day stuff and get some playtime/play dates in w/ my daughter. I " should " really do some major de-cluttering/cleaning, but can't bring myself to do so! Anyway, this morning's workout was the original version of Fast Cheetah that Tracie Long lead. This one is harder than the re-make that Spreen and Heidi Tanner lead. Some exercises are left out on the remake (everything with the medicine ball). This one is a " hare " so it is mostly cardio/light weight work. The cardio is varied using different props and sometimes no props at all - the props used are the tall step, the med ball, light weights. To answer 's question of how this one is an " odd ball " - I guess it is just the exercises done, they're just different from what your normally see in a cardio video/DVD. They are Firm-like, but even a little bit " off " from that, if that makes sense. Anyway, although it is harder than the re-make, I will say I didn't find it as hard as I remembered it to be. So I guess that means I have improved my fitness level since the last time I did this (probably about a year ago). Tomorrow I'm doing Push/Pull w/ Heidi Tanner (the re-make of From the Ground Up). I'm enjoying my visit with these workouts and will need to remember to pull them out more often. Take care, Donna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo!
