Guest guest Posted June 20, 2008 Report Share Posted June 20, 2008 morning all last night dvd yoga in bed the pm practice. on okay series of stretches to relax. i didn't care for her cutesy names of the poses(bedtime bed,rock a bye roll)but nonetheless it counts as stretching all while on the bed. some things any of us could figure out on our own. LOL here is the website with some clips http://www.yogainbeddvd.com/this morning,as it has been, has been hard to get going. so i went low impact and short with caribben workouts aerobics low impact #1. it woke me up but didn't do all that much cardiovascular wise for me but counts as a warm up for stretching. i did the segment workout on tamilee's stretch dvd. so getting this dvd and i haven't even tried the first one yet.but she did a nice blend of stretches from back,neck,legs,and hips. some stretches she repeated twice which felt really good. it was totally relaxing but seeing its geared towards less flexible,the stretches weren't held as long or as full range of motion. it was standing and seated on the floor stretching. can't wait for camp seriously so i can get on a schedule myself. just wake up the same time but no motivation to move,whereas during the school year if i don't move my butt i will either be late for work or not get my workout in. now its like "well i'll do it in a bit" etc. workouts are up in the air and i have no set rotation. that may be a downfall too but i was getting bored with doing a set thing all the time. just one day at a time.kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
