Guest guest Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 Hi, This evening I decided to do the abs that's down for tomorrow along with a little bit of yoga. I don't have a lot of time on Friday's and DH is home also tomorrow (Memorial Day weekend) so we have some things we want to go do. That means I have to get my workout done. Once I started the yoga I quickly realized that my butt and quads were more sore then I thought. I started out doing Yoga For Happiness 1 and did the Sun Salutations. Then did B & G ankle weight abs. I went back to YFH and did the pigeon and screaming pigeon (quad stretch) That's it for me for yoga for the week. Have a nice evening. ~*~~*~Get trade secrets for amazing burgers.
