Weird. That's how I describe this video. I'm watching it now. First of all, there is absolutely no walking in it, not even in the warm-up. It is all toning. Not sure why they put "walk" in the title, guess just because it is . Weirder still is this must have been produced by another company than the rest of her videos because even the set up of the disc is totally different than her others. The set is odd too. They're on a wood floor in front of a large screen that is painted to look like an outdoor pond scene. None of her regulars are in this and she is so low key it is almost scary (compared to how she normally is). She's not at all chatty and she's missing a lot of her usual encouraging phrases! When I heard her usual "Here's 8, and 7" etc. count I felt much better because it was only then I knew it was her! She said this was done when her 3rd child was 7 weeks old. The disc says it is from 2004. She looks absolutely phenomenal, especially for having just had a baby! Another weird thing is she and one of the backgrounders are both wearing tights! Hers are off black and shiny and the other one is wearing tan but since she's wearing just shorts and a short sports bra you can see she's extremely light skinned and her legs just look bizarre ('s too). The disc is chaptered into 3 workouts, one for upper body, one for lower and one for abs. They're each 10 minutes long. The music is very weird (kind of techno and just ugly sounding actually). She also does a weird introduction with some testimonials (also chaptered). Her instruction is okay, not great. The exercises are very simple, very basic and not a lot of reps. One good thing is that the backgrounders show beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The advanced person uses an exertube instead of dumbbells and the beginners don't use weights. The view shifts often between people so you don't get to watch "your" modifier as easily as especially beginners would probably like.

This is from netflix. I'll probably do it tomorrow (I wanted a full body strength workout anyway) just to do it because it doesn't look bad (especially with heavier weights) and since it is I have a hard time just tossing it aside! I don't mind the idea of having a lighter day either after the last few workouts I've had. I don't picture myself purchasing this though and I'm not sure I'd recommend it either.

Has anyone does this one? If so, what do you think?
