Guest guest
Hi! I'll add in that I do what does - I make myself do it. I workout first thing in the morning, so cardio is a bit hard to get geared up for most days. I used to be a cardio fiend - in fact, I didn't strength train at all until 10 years ago - but now I find that I need to push myself to do cardio more than weights! I think part of it is the a.m. thing, I may be more motivated to do cardio after I'm up for awhile! That said, I " just do it " ! I think I love circuit workouts so much b/c I get a little strength and a little cardio and the time flies by! Donna --- Stuparyk wrote: > Calories burned.
