Monday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Power Hour (haven't done this one in a while). This workout use to be really hard for me and I always dreaded doing it. It's not so bad anymore and the hour flew by for some reason.

I don't like the warm up at all so I basically done some movement on my own (4 minutes) and then started the legs.

Legs: Squats BB 30lb Plie Squat BB 30lb

Chest: Push ups All Toes Pec Flyes DB 15lb Bench Pr. BB 30 lb

Back: Underhand Dead Row BB 35lb Dead Row/Dead Lift BB 35lb One Arm Lat Rows 25lb

Legs: Lunges BB 30lb Lunges DB 10lb

Shoulders: Ant. Delt Raise Plate 10lb Flex Lateral Delt Raise DB 8 lb Post. Delt Raise DB 8 lbMilitary Press BB 20 lb

Biceps: Biceps Curl BB 15 lb (I was really glad she was using this weight)

Triceps: Headbanger BB 25lb One Arm Kickback DB 10 lb Headbanger BB 25 lbAbs

The ab section was a lot shorter than what I remember it being. I didn't get too much out of it really.
