Use a lower step at least, but you can do the same moves without a step if it bothers your knees. Tonya Re: thursday:cardio pump wow i have actually had 4 workouts in the past couple of weeks!! aerobics class rocked today. (the instructor also teaches the one and only turbo kick class--which is in the late afternoon so i don't know if i will be able to get there anytime soon...) i pushed myself a little more today to see how much my knee can handle. there were lots of squating!! i really love the jumping jacks. stil trying to feel the movements in my core and glutes. anyway i'm going to step class on saturday morning. hoping to get some ana & ravi in if at all possible. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 went to cardio pump this morning and it was not my best workout. my left leg decided it didn't want to be there. so it ended up being a low impact workout:( i think it is from the doms from sculpt on tuesday. that leg is stiff and tight. who knew? i was on the go all day yesterday--md visit, visited parents, went to csa farm, shopped at bj's, went to the mall for dinner and then home and it felt fine. need to stretch this body!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
