will be thrilled to get 3-4 workouts in this week. Anything else will be a bonus!

Nice plan ! I like doing yoga as a workout day. Its been working well for me on Sunday's. DH shift changed after 11 years so now I'm trying to get use to our new routine. My workouts will be messed up on time until I get use to all this.

Thanks ! I keep planning that yoga workout day but so far it hasn't happened. If I keep it on my plan, it will eventually happen!

Wow, that would be really hard to get used to a new routine like you're doing! Let us know what you end up doing and how it works for you (or doesn't and we'll send out encouragement too!).

GREAT JOB this week and good plan for next week.I've decided to make the water exercise class where I live more challenging for me by using water dumbbells and a clorox bottle with tubing for my legs. After the class I'm going to swim laps. I thought I would start with freestyle then flip over and do the backstroke until I can do more freestyle. JenFrom:

I'm starting to think about "month" ahead instead of "week" but am not quite there yet. I have decided though I want to do at least one Jari Love workout per week for the rest of the month. Since I've already done Get Ripped this month and only have the next 3 I can get through all of them before the end of the month!

Here's what I'm planning to do this week. It includes workouts I didn't get to last week so I can get them done. This might change depending on what Netflix sends me after I get the DVD back to them Monday.

Sunday: Yoga Fusion Beginners' Basics (done)

Monday: Austin: Indoor Walk

Tuesday: Get Ripped to the Core

Wednesday: Crunch Fat Blaster Goes Latin

Thursday: 30 Day Shred Level 2

Friday: Cathe How to Get In Shape for Your Wedding (step workout)

Saturday: Turbo Jam Learn & Burn and yoga

Of these, I've done RTTC once (probably a year ago), Shred Level 2 once, Cathe's wedding step workout once and TJ once or twice but at least a year ago and I wasn't comfortable with it. The others are brand new to me and RTTC and TJ might as well be. I'm having fun trying workouts I haven't done yet so want to continue it this week.

We've got lots planned for Monday (play date with my best friend and her kids), Tuesday (son has tutor then we all have a play date at my friend's house) and Wednesday (work then county fair with my in-laws) so getting my workouts in then will be challenging but I really want to. I worked out 6 days this past week and it feels great!
