Guest guest
Hi Terri, I'm a newbie, but am looking forward to what you think about the new Turbo Jam stuff. I have the original set and am not very good at it (I'm pretty incooridinated) but I like to *think* I'm doing it, lol. Sara > > I've never used a coach even though I've been 'assigned' one. I also don't pay anything for the services I described below. All I did was sign up to wowy.com when I started P90 and I took it from there. I can't believe how much I rely on it now, but it's been great for motivation. > > Speaking of motivation, I've got 3 weeks left to P90! I'm already thinking about how to keep up the regular exercise, and I've officially slotted myself into a 4-5 day a week routine. > > I'm loving it. Guest guest
I promise I will. I'm not that coordinated either, but I'm determined to get past all that if I can. -Terri- Hi Terri, I'm a newbie, but am looking forward to what you think about the new Turbo Jam stuff. Guest guest
You've both got good company with me! Now that I've been doing some other kickboxing stuff (mostly drills but a little bit choreographed) I'm thinking I'm maybe more comfortable with it and want to pull out Learn & Burn again soon to see how I do. That and Tae Bo which also throws me for a major loop. When I do either, I'll post about it so you can get a good giggle (no You Tube videos with it though!). Guest guest
Soungs good to me! I've figured out that I can follow just foot work, or just upper body, but when I put them together it all goes downhill, lol. But sometimes I feel like I may have done a combo right here and there, so maybe there is hope. Yes, I've glanced at Learn & Burn sitting the shelf a few times lately, too! Good luck (cuz I know I need it!) Sara > > > > I've never used a coach even though I've been 'assigned' one. I > also don't pay anything for the services I described below. Guest guest
That is totally me. When I first started working out with videos I even had trouble putting upper body and lower body together on videos!! I've definitely made progress since then, we'll see how much soon. Guest guest
Oh good, I'm not alone!!! I concentrate on foot work first and lots of times, no matter how often I've done the workout, my arms are doing something "creative" compared to the instructor. I figure at least they're moving, pumping up the cardio volume, that still counts! :-) Re: Terri - Turbo Jam max Soungs good to me!
