Guest guest Posted June 10, 2008 Report Share Posted June 10, 2008 evening all,first day of off for summer. i went with minna since i just found this workout at goodwill. its a decent work but i wouldn't say a complete workout. very lacking in the upper body department aside from a few exercises. this alternates one minute of lower body strength(except the last segment where we do push ups) with nearly 6 min. of athletic type cardio. a little dance with grapevines but mostly athletic pylometric stuff. this section is about 30 min with light warm up and cool down. followed is a 15 min bonus workout that does lower/upper body and some abs. nothing to sing about here but a nice workout for unmotivated days. i tried to do pulse yoga express. well i am not pleased and i only did 1/2 of the workout. its like they tried to combine callanetics into sun salutations with some traditional toning moves with weights. i may give it another shot but i might just put this up for trade for another yoga video. at least i tried.kathy smith's tummy trimmers just came in the mail from netflix. can't wait to try that one. i heard the boot camp abs is a toughie!!kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I liked it, as you said, for lower energy days - at least it is something!As for pulse yoga - sometimes fusion works, sometimes not, I guess!
