Yesterday I got up and did Legs and Glutes. I love this workout. Definately one of my favorite lower body workouts. I kind of forgot about it. I love the variety in it. Afterwards I wanted a tad bit of cardio and maybe some abs so I chose Power Half Hour Ab Trimmer. I then had to train shortly afterwards.

Today, I didn't get up to workout because we were out late last night (just at my mom's). I didn't get to sleep until nearly 11:30. I also drank like 3 beers. I am 90% sure I will get a workout in later today though. .. depending on what we do for father's day. Today is actually the last day of my first rotation :) I'm kinda of surprised I made it through. I did it for 6 weeks, BUT they weren't all consecutive since one time I had 5 days off in a row, and I think there was another break in there due to my back. Next week, I am going to not do much for strength, and cut down on the time of my workouts for a recovery week. I want to try some " different " workouts that I haven't done yet. These are the ones I'm thinking of:

Cardio / Sculpt Fitness with Kelleys kitchen Sing ConditioningPower Sculpt (biggest loser)30 day shredMedicine Ball Madness (MindyFunktional Fitness w/ ChristiFit to Dance w/ Christi

Gliding Cardio CrazyI don't know what kind of rotation I will do afterwards. I'm thinking focusing on my lower body....hmm...Hope everyone has great Sundays today!!Darcy

Hi Darcy,

I may pull legs & glutes out this rotation, too. I like the variety in it and even though I think it is more endurance based it may be good to shake things up from this SLO MO month.

I may do Funktional Fitness this week, too! :)

Cool, Donna. I don't know if I've ever done funktional fitness.Yeah, I did " heavy " with this rotation for upper body. Then just once a week I focused on lower body, but not necessarily heavy. I think it worked out well, I didn't get burned out at all, and I was lifting nearly every workout.. My muscles seemed to not mind at all either. I think I grew stronger, but not positive. What I REALLY need, is to lose 5 more pounds or so, so I have more definition! grrr...
