Guest guest
*Waves* I'm sure I'm not speaking just for myself by saying that I'm glad to hear what you (or anyone here) is doing to workout-- or just to be here-- regardless of whether or not you've done a video! As for the shoes, I wouldn't look at it as " shoes to wear out in the yuck, " since these aren't the type of shoes that are (or at least, should be) fashion statements. Look at them as equipment and protection for your joints and connective tissues. It's well worth $100 bucks to keep from having to form a close relationship with a podiatrist or orthopedist, right? Although, yes, I too cringe at the thought of walking into the New Balance store-- especially for myself. LOL My son has to wear prescription orthotics, and the highest motion control shoes NB sells, so buying a new pair is a major expense for us. Thank heavens his feet aren't growing as fast as the rest of him! For me, I can get away with the lower NB numbers, but it's still a wince-worthy moment at the cash register. I've tried cheaper shoes, though, and I just can't run in them comfortably... so it's worth the expense, imho. Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, It sounds like you've been plenty busy. I know you've been dealing with the cold thing for a while now. Maybe the rest was just what you needed those two days. ~*~~*~Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home.
