I walked a lot, then I taught 2 Turbo Kick classes and did 2 yoga practices. I feel great! However, I think more intensity is in line for next week :)I did Power Yoga for Happiness, "Magically Hips", yesterday. Boy am I stiff in that area, so this was perfect. This is my favorite practice by Eoin Finn (Michele, did you get the Surfer's Edition yet??). It is physically demanding but also has lots of stretching in it. No, I haven't gotten it yet. They emailed me and said I'd get it on the 13th. I can't wait. I wonder if the little dog is in the new one? Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight?
