Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday Workouts

Okay, so Wednesday morning I did Tamilee Webb's I Want That Butt, both sections. I had plans of coming home and doing one of the Aerobic Conditioning shows she did, but after teaching a stability ball class and a yoga class, I just didn't have the energy.

Yesterday I taught a 15 minute core training class at the gym (they could only hang with me for 15 instead of the normal 30) and then a 30 minute Pilates class. On the video schedule was the AC workout with Tamilee and instead of doing one, I did two. The first was step, which I should have gotten my step out for instead of doing it on the floor. I thought that my quad was still hurting too much to do step so I just did it on the floor instead. But I always get confused doing step without the step. I was still able to follow it, but the grapevines around the step would have been more circular if I'd had the step. LOL After that I was still in the mood for more, so I did the next show on the tape which was another cardio power. I like these in that she shows several variations so you can make it more intense if you want to. Still not as intense as some of the stuff I usually do, but nice to be able to get up into my THR since I normally don't with these basic aerobics workouts.

This morning I got up and did I Want Those Arms. All basic exercises, but good none the less. I upped my weight so I felt it. Now I'm off to the shower and then the gym. I'm scheduled to teach Stability Ball, Kickboxing, and Yoga today, so I probably won't do anything else tonight when I get home.
