Guest guest
I did this workout today and I do like it, but the cardio wants me craving more. I'm not sure how much I liked the weight-part of the workout. I felt it was tough, but yet I was expecting to be more fried? I don't know I do know that Cathe is a flipping super-hero for being able to do those seated tricep extensions with 30's! OMG! I dropped down one set of weight than her, and didn't even make that..LOL.. She started with 15 and went to 30 (15,20,25, 30). I started with 12 and um..didn't make it very far..LOL. I will be starting with 10 next time. I dislike working triceps anyway. My elbows give me trouble when the weight is heavy. Afterwards, I did Jiggle Free Abs. I like this one least out of the Jiggle Free series, I think. I always think there will be a tad bit of cardio in there, and there is not.. Anyway, this is the first time that I have only done a couple of body parts like that EVER in my 8 years of working out. I came up with a rotation too to use, but it's pretty tough..working upper body every day (not the same muscles though), and I'm not positive how I will do on it. I do love the thought that I don't have to guess what workout I am going to do. However, I didn't come up with anything for cardio so I can at least pick what I am in the mood for there. Anyway, I'm excited for the change! Yesterday, I did Tight Buns, Killer Legs (firm), and then Jiggle Free Buns. I think I enjoyed Jiggle Free Buns more. I then went shopping for a spring coat for my oldest son. I got a ton of speed-walking in cuz I went to like 8 different stores, either carrying the baby or pushing him I was planning on trying to get some yoga in, but it didn't happen since my shopping took much longer than I expected. Done rambling..Darcy
