Wednesday workout

Hi,

Well, this morning called for Hardcore Xtreme Interval (no legs) I had a little change of plans so I had to change the workout for today. My DD has a doctor appointment and I was told just yesterday, so I had to get up at 5 am to workout.

I decided not to dive into something super hard since cardio is so difficult for me at that time of day. I decided to be smart and pick something a little bit easier. I wanted something fun and challenging, but NOT anything like Hardcore X lol

I went with Coffee Step Boxing. Once I started I remembered that this one moves pretty fast, but I did pretty good and got a great workout. I did the entire workout which included abs. This has a little bit of interval, circuit, kickbox, and step.

I burned a whopping 471 calories which is quite a bit more from the last time I did this workout which was later in the day. Also, every time I do cardio this early in the morning I don't stay in my zone very long, this time just 22 minutes. SO I was above the rest of the time (50 minutes total) oh well, at least I got my cardio DONE. Now, I can get on with the rest of what I got going on today and won't have to wonder when I'll be able to work out.

I do have a confession to make... I didn't mind so much that I had to skip Hardcore X today. :)))
