Thursday workout

Hi,

This morning called for 4DS HIS (repeating the blasts twice) When realizing what the workout was it reminded me of the mish mosh I made up using HIS and LIS and I've been dying to try it. So I decided to go with it (I hope you don't mind Bernadette) and I am so glad I did, it was SO MUCH FUN!!! Here's the breakdown:

LIC- warm up

HIS- combo 1

LIC- combo 1

HIS- combo 2

LIC- combo 2

HIS- combo 3

LIC- combo 3

HIS- all 3 blasts

LIC- all 3 blasts

LIC- cool down and stretch

This clocked in at 50 minutes. I burned 480 calories.

This had to be the most fun I've had doing step in a long time.
