Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 Hi, This morning called for 4DS HIS (repeating the blasts twice) When realizing what the workout was it reminded me of the mish mosh I made up using HIS and LIS and I've been dying to try it. So I decided to go with it (I hope you don't mind Bernadette) and I am so glad I did, it was SO MUCH FUN!!! Here's the breakdown: LIC- warm up HIS- combo 1 LIC- combo 1 HIS- combo 2 LIC- combo 2 HIS- combo 3 LIC- combo 3 HIS- all 3 blasts LIC- all 3 blasts LIC- cool down and stretch This clocked in at 50 minutes.
