yoga pm and am

morning all, last night after watching hell's kitchen(not as good as previous seasons but still getting amused nonetheless) i did the most awesome of yoga stretch workouts. karen voights stretch from her yoga power workout. actually i have slim physique and it has all segments from yoga power as well as burn and firm. the trade to get this dvd was worth it for this segment alone. some unique positions that really stretch deeply especially for lower body and a little back but another think i also love about this is that she includes some upper body work. all are pretty traditional yoga poses that target muscles deeply. she is calm and cues well during this workout. this morning i did have my heart once again set on mark blanchard's power yoga but wound up with yoga express 15 min total body routine. not sure why i am so sleepy in the mornings b/c i have

actually been sleeping through the night for the past few nights. i would think that would battle my fatigue. going to try to get to that 90 min power yoga session tomorrow night but if i can't get to it this week i am just going to try to watch it then send it back. i have heard such great things that i don't know what my issue is that i can't seem to fit it in. when i have time i am exhausted when i am motivated to try it i don't have the time :-(. it really sucks LOL. have a great day kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will

Good job Kassia - don't be hard on yourself. I go through " spurts " of sleepiness and being tired too. Hang in there!Darcy
