Hi everyone. The list has been busy, and I've been enjoying reading

everyone's workouts and comments.

I can't remember when I checked in last, so I'll start with Saturday - Cathe

Slow and Heavy legs and shoulders - my heart rate was up (still, from the

cold), so I burned over 400 calories(!) in just over an hour. Didn't feel

overly worked on legs, so obviously time to up the weights (I'm not using

much at all, just to baby my knees).

Sunday I was wiped out, so just a 20 minute walk on the tmill. Monday I

walked for a half-hour on the tmill, and was shaky afterwards. Heart rate

was still elevated, so that was probably it. After I had a snack, I threw

in Turbo Jam's 20 minute workout, and enjoyed it.

Yesterday my resting heart rate was finally down closer to normal, and I got

through Cathe Pyramid upper body without incident. Oh, I am sore today,

especially in my chest. After doing a month of heavier, strength workouts,

this was really moved quickly! What a good workout.

Today I had cardio scheduled, but my new runners have rubbed my heels abit,

and made wearing shoes uncomfortable...maybe swap tomorrow's workout and

I'll do Pyramid lower body instead - different shoes might feel better.

Kids are home from school on a PD day and are fighting...this drizzle is

supposed to stop by noon, so I'll be suggesting they go on a bike ride to

wear off some energy! :-)
