I'm late on this - but what rotation are you following? It sounds good!

I agree this month has gone quickly! And I'm glad to report that after using Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength for 3 weeks, I am seeing and feeling more muscles! Just need to shed a little layer of extra padding so the rest of the world can see it. :-)

Next week the rotation calls for the Pyramid workouts, and 4 sessions of weights instead of the 3 used in the rest of the rotation. I'm looking forward to it.

Almost time to start looking for next month's rotation!
