Guest guest
morning all, last night had a bit of an accident. my mom has one of those puter desks that are like 10 fit tall with shelfs. well my daughter and i were struggling a bit, i was trying to remove her from the puter, and one of my mom's solid glass vases came down and hit me right on the forearm. OUCH!!! instant slight bruise but i except it to get worse b/c it still sore this morning. i was going to do the strendurance that i missed yesterday but i may abandon the whole strendurance thing and pick up again later in the year. i can see myself effectively lifting heavier weight so i might do a week or two of light AWT workouts instead of strendurance. i can feel a light pain in my wrist and it hurts in my forearm. i don't even have to move to much and i feel it. just lucky the vase wasn't heavier to break a bone or lighter that it could have shattered either. not sure but i may do some more light work with the WII like i did yesterday. i haven't splept well the last two nights anyway so i am not up to higher intensity workout.on a good note DH got paid from his other job. granted alot of it went into his gas tank but at least he is filled up and we have plenty left to go look in value city for some clothes and a foot massager(early father's day gift LOL). BTW work is value city is closing up here. i would check and see if its true in your area b/c they did sell some bally's exercise gadgets like bands and stability balls. EVERYTHING was on sale even the soda in the cooler case!!! have a great on, just having some coffee before i decided what to do today. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
