hi darcy,

i was wondering if you or anyone could help me out. i lost 25 pounds. I look great ! now im scared if i dont maintain it i will gain it all back. I dont want to do the same thing i was doing before because it will only help me to loose more weight i normally work out 5-6 days a wk about 1.5 - 2 hours a day half in the morning and half at night.

I got up at 5:30 this morning, surprisingly, because I and the boys did not sleep very well last night..grr.. Had one heck of a storm wake us up at one point, and then Kaysar was just up a couple of times to nurse. Anyway, I picked up my house a bit this morning before pushing play. I did Cathe's PLB. I don't remember the last time I did this one. I went a bit lighter with my weights than Cathe. I don't have the strength or endurance in my lower body that I should. Of course that is my own fault because I don't do too many workouts focusing on lower body. I enjoyed the workout a lot though, and look forward to doing it again (however, not sure when that will be). I had two of my boys awake by the time I finished. I'm not sure if I will try to get some short cardio in today or not. I'm kinda thinking not since I've had some long workouts lately, but we'll
