Hi,

This morning started 2 weeks of doing the upper body from 4 Day Split. We're doing everything twice through. I've decided to do one body part at a time instead of the way the workout goes. I get a much better burn this way and boy did I get a burn. By the time I was finished with the last couple sets of the chest I was dropping lol

Here's how it went:

BACK Superman's One Arm Row DB (warm-up set) 15 lb. (1 set) One Arm Row DB 30 lb. (4 sets)

Underhand Row BB 62 LB (1 set) 52 lb. (7 sets) (8 sets total)

** this seems like a lot and it was, but there were only 7 reps for each set (thank God)**** One Arm Row DB (Wide fly) 20 lb. (could've gone heavier)

(2 sets) Incline Pullovers DB 30 lb. (could've gone heavier (2 sets) T-Band Fly's Green band (no repeats)

CHEST

Push ups (one full, two partials) (no repeats)

push ups (no repeats)

incline chest fly's- 25 lb. (3 sets) 20 lb. (1 set) ( 4 sets)

Decline Push Ups (1 set)

Incline Press DB- 20 lb. (2 sets)

Push Ups Around the Clock Toes (no repeats)

Abs were supposed to be at the end of this workout (SJP and L & G back to back) but I'm going to save that for this evening and combine it with yoga.

I didn't rest a lot and I do think I probably would've done better if I would've, but I think I did pretty well and I got a great burn. I'm thinking I'll hang on to this combination and do it again for a future upper body rotation.

Off to walk Abby.

Have a great day!!!
