Guest guest Posted May 19, 2008 Report Share Posted May 19, 2008 its on her upper body segment! she also uses the cuffed tubing(for those that don't know its a round tube with velcro cuffs to adjust on your ankles) for the lower body and mixes the regular tube and figure 8 tube for ab work. she may also use the figure 8 for an exercise or two in the lower body segment but i don't remember. before i got the cuffed tubing i used to tie a resistance band around my ankles similar to cathe's firewalkers. also those that don't know mindy's strength toolbox is 9 different segments(with separte warm up and cool down segments) each 3 segments uses either bodyweights,tubing, or weights. there is 3 each for upper body,3 for lower body, and 3 for abs. for intense short on time workouts this is a great dvd to invest in. deepdiscount may still have this one( i picked up there some time 2 years ago). kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
