I haven't done the abs in this workout too many times. I can't decide if I like it or not. I know its not all that long and you get a lot in. For my yoga, I did Yoga Shakti (Rhythmic Vinyasa 1) this is a great little quick routine to get the body warmed up, perfect for a set up for doing abs. I'm off to bath the kid.
