Good for both of you!!

Jen - that is a GREAT attitude - keep it up and things will change for you!

Carolyn - Good for you, too. You deserve to be first in your life! (I know it is very hard to do - being a mom and a wife, but if you don't take care of youself you can't be there for your kids and DH!)

As for the challenge, I'm going to be away for most of the month - I guess my challenges are not to eat too much cr@p on the trip and to fit in at least my T-Tapp stretches daily. I am bringing along my 10 Min Solution Yoga, Pilates, Toning (Amy's w/ the band) and Pilates w/ the band. I would like to do a 10 min segment every day of the trip and maybe hit the gym in the hotels once in awhile. It is really all up in the air though and I don't want to stress out about it. T-tapp is somewhat essential to keep my back healthy and I can fit that in while DH is showering before we start our day! So, I gues my "must have" goals are to do T-Tapp daily on the trip and try to limit the cr@p food! The rest will be gravy!
